Hawker ramen stall is on the rise and you could easily found them at many coffee shops now.

Shinjitsu Ramen is one of them and also been expanding their outlets to a few places.

Order their special tonkotsu which comes with 4 slices of chashu, a piece of nori and ajitama egg.

Unfortunately the broth tasted a bit sticky to me, and wasn’t warm enough when it was served. The chashu was a bit too dry as well.
