A substantial amount of rice. The broth was extremely flavorful. Tasted of chicken and prolly pork bones. Four huge pork meatballs ... well marinated but a tinge salty. A heavy sprinkling of coriander. There is an egg but it was suppose to be raw (as I saw in their website). Suppose to let it slowly slowly cook in the broth. I almost went into tears when I saw it broken and the yolk was well done!! Haiz... a few minutes of planning to shoot the golden yellow yolk gone kaput into smitherings.

I am happy with the taste. It was delish.To a photographer, every little detail matters. I know it is only an egg. Oh well, @kinmoo_tql I enjoyed the rice porridge but the egg was disappointing.
