We finished this beef short rib steak (200gms at $25++) so quickly, we had to get a second order 🤷🏻‍♂️ what can I say? IT WAS GOOD. Short rib has more delicate marbling, so there's a better meld of the meaty flavour with the smoothness of the fats.
I do like that they did the beef with without much seasoning, just letting the meat do the talking 😊
