Baguette spread with san Mariano jam, sweet pickled onions, tuna mayo, and then melted with Leicester cheese on top. When I first saw a picture of this on their Instagram I knew I had to try it, but I was unfortunately not as mind blown as I hoped to be. The individual elements were pretty well executed, from pickled onions to the creamy tuna mayo and to the slight char on the savour cheese, but it did not give coherence when it all came together in one bite. Something about this just did not feel complete and I could not put a finger to it, but perhaps because the elements were really separate on their own. Tater tots at the side could also be a slight tad crispier.
