Restaurant at the top of MBS with a gorgeous view from 57 levels up. The fixed set course comes with quite a variety of starter and main choices, with various alternatives at add on prices (which we didn’t try at this time). The breads were somewhat dry and tough, so would save the space for the main items.

First: Definitely recommend the unique 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐄𝐲𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 (4.5 ⭐️) with the addictive sweet-savory balance and textural interplay of crunchy cone and soft chewy tuna tartare. As fans of pure briny oysters, we found the fresh 𝐎𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 (3.5 ⭐️) to be flavourful but slightly overpowered by the citrus ponzu and shiso. The chewy tapioca also distracted us from the natural creaminess and juiciness of the oysters.
