@LesAmisGroup latest addition to its stellar portfolio of restaurants is @Kissajin at Shaw Centre.

This is definitely the most interesting omakase experience Iโ€™ve had! We were welcomed with a game of โ€œyoyo tsuriโ€ - where we got to hook up a balloon that is popped over a bowl to reveal a smooth orb of ๐†๐จ๐ฆ๐š ๐“๐จ๐Ÿ๐ฎ โ€“ this is served with a zesty yuzu dressing. Certain courses are served to the table using an โ€˜okamochiโ€™ โ€“ a three-tier box traditionally used to deliver food from door to door.

Helmed by Chef Ryo Yamaguchi alongside Executive Chef Makoto Saito, @Kissajin proffers an experiential menu that is refreshed quarterly to highlight prime seasonal produce.
