We started the meal with the appetising 凉拌红海蜇头 Marinated Cold Jellyfish Head with Shallot Oil ($16) ❄️, where I enjoyed the crunch & tangy notes, paired with cucumbers 🥒. Very refreshing, though I would say that it is quite expensive.
