Filled with kani mayo and cucumber, this sushi roll is jazzed up with torched salmon, mayonnaise and sesame seeds. Judging from the taste, I'm pretty sure that the kani mayo and mayonnaise topping see also used for the Yoko Yoko (their specialty dish). One can totally derive the same level of satisfaction from eating this because of the tangy mayo, but it'd be better if the salmon is not cooked through in order to impart a semi-smooth texture from the raw sections.

As compared to Donya's maki rolls, this is about $1 more but has two more pieces - a better portion for a meal and equally yummy.
