The Ramen House is well known among its regulars for their range of ramen with chicken broths prepared over 30 hours that do not contain any msg, salt or sugar. The milky white broth was light with a subtle earthiness from the accompanying mushrooms. Kinda disappointed that the accompanying egg wasn’t the oozy lava sort but it was still well seasoned. I was also hoping for firmer noodles and a stronger broth. Nonetheless, it’s rather decent for its price (and especially if you are out and about looking for supper, Ramen House opens their doors till 6am in the morning) but remember to eat it hot! Also, if you prefer stronger flavours and love spice, go for their Volcano Ramen that has a special chili recipe made of chili powder, chili oil and chili padi. The heat was really quite shiok!
