Tom’s Palette is known for its unique and creative gelato flavours that are usually rotating as they have since created too many flavours to have them all in the shop. Their ice cream is made with fresh and raw ingredients, handmade without the addition of stabilisers, premixes or artificial flavouring.

The flavours which are available during my visit include Granny’s Favourite, Chocolate Sorbet, Rum & Raisin, Almond Biscuit, Banana Chocolate, Banana Honey Roasted Nuts, Chocolate Stout, Oreo Cheesecake, Goma & Sesame Brittle. Honey Cinnamon, Lychee, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Salted Egg Yolk, Yuzu, Milo Dinosaur, Milk & Chocolate Almonds, Nuts & Such, Parmesan Cheese & Cream Crackers, Hojicha, Root Beer Float, Strawberry, Nutella Swirl, Earl Grey and Savoury Crunch.

One thing I like about them is the choice of having two flavours (for the same price) in a cup regardless of cup size which makes me not get bored from eating only one flavour in one go. The flavours we chose were Hojicha and Honey Cinnamon, Rum & Raisin and Yuzu. Hojicha was fragrant and earthy but a little on the sweet side while rum & raisin comes with a good amount of alcohol where a lot of places do not have such strong flavours compared to them.
