Located in Mandarin Gallery, Cafe Ma Maison offers a range of sweet treats and savoury bites such as their popular Strawberry Tart ($9.50) and Truffle Flavoured Katsu Sandwich ($14.80). Especially the katsu sando, this is a good alternative to the thick cuts of deep fried breaded pork that you can get at the tonkatsu concept.

Another new item in their menu is the Seasonal Fruits Shortcake ($12.80) which is a tower of freshly baked chiffon cake covered in whipped cream, decorated with seasonal fruits and a glass of lemon sorbet. I love this pairing as the tanginess from the sorbet helps to balance the richness from the cream.
