Been a long while since my last plate of ckt and it is most regrettable to be in the vicinity of 18 char kway teow at Zion Riverside Food Centre without stopping by for this multi-award winning hawker! Expect to wait as there is always a queue plus the chef cooks each plate individually!

This medium sized plate is chock full of fishcake, beansprouts, chinese sausage, crispy pork latd and fresh cockles! There were so many cockles it was pointless trying to count them. Portion is very huge by today's hawker standards imo. Wok hei and flavour definitely evident. If I were to compare this to my other favourite, outram park ckt at hong lim food centre though, I guess hong lim's rendition edges this out by a tad as I feel that Outram ckt's noodles wins in flavour even though the portion size pales in comparison.
