This Burnt Cabbage was one of our favourites of our meal at the newly opened Tipo Pizzeria e Trattoria. Initially planned to visit their (also relatively new) Novena outlet to try the popular pastas, but saw that this new space of theirs not only has pastas, but pizzas and lots of other sides! Prices lean more to the higher end.

The cabbage was distinctly smoky while still retaining some of its natural sweetness. Pair it with their parmesan cream and crunchy puffed barley, and it was a very easy dish to finish. This was stated as one of their vegetarian mains - but thought it could be just a bit bigger in portion.

We were here for dinner, but saw that they offer more affordable lunch sets that come with cold brew teas, similar to the other Tipo outlets.
