Coffee Academics really does an amazing eggs benedict. The plating was excellent, the poached eggs were completely on point, and the whole dish tasted great as a whole.

However, their al granchio didn’t have enough sweetness to it, and was a bit too spicy for my liking. Decent, but not the best al granchio I’ve tasted so far.

Still a good place to visit for breakfast eats!
