It came with homemade sourdough and parsley butter as well as the super concentrated broth normally served at dinner but enriched with chicken.

The main dish was a poussin (spring) chicken in bois boudran sauce. This was sooo delicious! Very tender and full of flavour. Served with hasselback potatoes (Swedish roast potatoes) which was equally as yummy.

Dessert was banana and rum foam with Tahitian vanilla ice cream and buckwheat crumble, similar to dinner.
