HolyCrab's Hooked On Mee doesn't try to be smart and redefine Hokkien prawn mee. Instead, they churn out a smashingly savory rendition that's guaranteed to make you go "Holy Crab, this is awesome!"

HolyCrab was being completely truthful when they described this dish as 'superior wok hei' yellow mee braised in seafood broth. That wonderful wok hei just adds so much character and depth to the already indulgent, sapid seafood stock.

All that is rounded off with an abundance of fabulously fresh seafood, addictive deep fried egg whites and palatable pork belly. The flavorsome chili (of which there wasn't nearly enough) just adds to the deliciousness of the noodles. It'll get anyone hooked at first bite with its oceanic charms, that's for sure.
