Huge fresh prawns served with buttermilk sauce and some cornflakes. Enjoyed the sauce which is creamy and flavourful but not overpowering the prawn’s sweet taste. The one I got is a bit over, but still not too tough to be enjoyed. Would’ve been better if it was deshelled 😋 the cornflakes provide textural difference - not sloppy even after being soaked into the generous sauce
