This croque madame was essentially a ham cheese sandwich with a beautifully grilled cheese crust atop the thicc ?sourdough bread, topped with a perfect sunny side up egg. The yolk was runny and made this dish even more indulgent. Ham and cheese could never go wrong and if you’re looking for something more filling, this would be it!
