Really Crispy Mee Sua both on the surface and edges with slices of fish cakes, bits of mini prawns, bean sprouts and the critical ingredient - fried egg. I prefer JB Ah Meng’s version as there more ingredients, flavour and oomph. But if you prefer crispy, burnt ends Style Mee Sua this will be your place. Have it with their chilli, a drizzle of lime and you’re good to go (eat it ASAP when it arrives for the maximum crunch) 🔖
