Served along with mushrooms, poached egg, parmesan shards, the linguine is bathed in a creamy truffle sauce that comes with a lingering aroma. With a slight al dente mouthfeel, the texture of the linguine provided a pleasant firmness to the bite while withholding a distinct truffle flavour and aroma that was not too overpowering. Mushrooms were chewy and well sautéed, adding a pleasant earthy note, along with a perfectly poached egg that's soft, fragile and revealed its characteristic vibrant golden hue with a slight provoke.
