Cha Thai's Thai Boat Noodles ($18) reminds me of the warm, comforting bowl of goodness in Bangkok. The price may seem hefty at first, but its preparation justifies the price. The soup stock (having more than 15 types of herbs!) is slow-boiled for hours, giving a thick and rich taste that is simply satisfying. So looking forward to my Bangkok trip next month!
