Located above Bishan bus interchange (and just a stoneโs throw away from Bishan MRT), this hawker stall is open by an ex-Crystal Jade chef. Been hearing many good reviews of this spot and finally headed down. Hereโs what we ordered!

Opted for shaved noodles ๅๅ้ข (+$1) and didnโt regret! With a nice chewy texture, the shaved noodles is a must try when visiting. You can get it in other variations too, such as with tomato and egg base. Compared to other beef noodles that weโve tried, the soup broth here is lighter and isnโt gamey ๐
Overall, this is an affordable option hidden in plain sight. For those visiting, donโt miss out on their knife cut noodles!
