Rose sponge layered with a refreshing lychee cremeux, lychee bits, rose ganache, rose mousse. Was quite refreshing bc the lychee bits were ice-cold, and the components complemented each other. Not a fan of lychee / rose so I can say I like it, but it was well done and 2 of my colleagues picked this as their fav out of the 8 items we got.
