Made up of a base of banana, cacao and soy milk and topped with dark chocolate drizzle, cacao nibs, blueberries and quinoa puffs for crunchies. As a combination it was nice, a good mixture of textures and not too sweet. This was a refreshing post-workout treat but was a bit much for one person. The base of the smoothie bowl was quite thick and sticky because of the banana which made it very, very filling. So, unless you're really hungry you'd probably want to share this.
