My favs amongst the wide variety offered were: flower crab (fresh), cheese tofu, seafood nugget (must try). Ingredients are well refrigerated and the place is hygienic. Besides steamboat, the ala carte menu also has quite some dishes, dim sum and pastry. It operates 24/7 except for the patisserie area.
