That's the exact name and accurately describes this dish. We broke apart the fillet to see what's inside. Even though the mock meat does go some way to replicate the appearance of flaky pieces of fish meat, you can tell from the mouth texture and taste of this dish that there's no fish involved. In any event, the burger was still decent and came paired with this salsa sauce which had a good balance of truffle oil in it that elevated the entire meal. Would order again just for the sauce.
