“A flair for the dramatic”, or something along those lines is what this crab’s teacher must have written in its report card when it was but a wee thing.
Madonna-level Vogue-ing aside, the Chilli Crab at “Hua Yu Wee Seafood Restaurant” has a strong tomato sauce taste. Fortunately, both garlic and chilli put up a strong fight to equalise, leading to finger-licking good results of sweet, tangy and spicy.
What’s more, the fried “man tous” don’t just look cute; they are what complete this feast.
