This “Valrhona brownie” on the menu turned out to be more like a dense ganache! Ultra rich, ultra “gao”, ultra chocolatey. Deep and dark. It is not a brownie- there is no sponge. No matter what it should be called - this is heavenly if you are a *chronic* chocoholic. If you like light Japanese-type desserts, light mousses and fluffy cakes, stay away. Enjoy this with a scoop of ice cream at this lovely cafe/ restaurant that has something for everyone.
