Hmmm... where do I start? Generous portion of ramen and broth (if compared with other ramen shops). Ramen was a springy texture which I liked. Nice tender pork shoulder. Broth was thick, rich and creamy. However, my palate didnt quite like the "over saltyness" (also echoed by a couple (not from Sg) next to me. What I would like to taste was the porkyness of the broth. The sodium kinda drowned the flavorful aftertones.
