This meat is premium, and I find its price is justified. Mangalica pork is my favourite pork, and when cooked right like this has very very juicy interior. It's going to be rather fat inside, it won't be for everyone but it'll please fat lovers like myself. Served in thyme infused maple syrup and roasted pork jus, this is one sweet juicy pork with a nicely grilled exterior. So good.

This is served with king oyster mushroom and laid on top of layered sweet potatoes. Even though I love this, lean meat lovers should consider the duck breast instead.
