Hailed as the Kobe beef of pork, the Mangalica pig is a descendant of the European wild boar and cousin of the black foot Iberian pig. It is no wonder that the meat was so tender and juicy. It was melt-in-your-mouth awesome! The marbling was so amazing that one couldn't tell where the layer of fat ended and where the meat began.
