π2 cups all-purpose flour
π2 tsp baking powder
π1 stick salted butter.
π2/3 cup granulated sugar
π2 large eggs.
π1 tsp vanilla extract
π1/4 tsp lime juice
π1/2 cup milk (I used chocolate milk)
π fresh blueberries
πdark chocolate chip and chocolate chip
Steps :
1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 190c, In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
2οΈβ£ In the other bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy, Add the eggs one at a time,and add the vanilla extract and lime juice.
3οΈβ£ Gradually mix in the flour mixture, alternating with the milk. The batter will be thick.
4οΈβ£ Add Blueberry and chocolate chip, Using a rubber spatula, fold the berries and chocolate chips into the batter.
5οΈβ£ Spoon the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners / paper cupcake (Iβm using paper cupcake) and bake until golden brown around 20-25 mins depend on the size of the paper cupcake.
