She specially learn the recipe and I'm always able to find that similar taste in my Mum's Kway Chap that I had since young. Seriously I think she can open her own business! Layers of smooth rice sheet, accompanied with pig intestines, skin, pork belly and etc in her fragrant herbal broth and topped with fried shallots. Love the homemade chilli that gives a spicy kick to it too. Nothing beats having Mum's home cooked Kway Chap during a chilly day! FYI, this is one person portion just for me ๐๐๐! Thank you Mum!
