Each of the menu is good for 8-10 pax and comes with self-heating packs so that you can enjoy piping hot food throughout your meal.

We had a family gathering over the weekend and sampled the Western Fusion Menu which comes with 8 individually packed dishes. For starters, there is the Baked Otah Queen Scallop which is different from the usual baked scallop, and this time round, the otah paste lends a nice touch of spiciness and smokiness to complement the scallop. Taking inspiration from buffalo wings, the Deep-Fried Korean Chicken Drumlet with Sesame and Spring Onion has a nice sticky sweetness to each bite while the Nai Bai Vegetable with Egg White Broth helps to balance the richness of the dishes. A dish that we all enjoyed a lot was the Slow Baked Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Garlic Lemon Sauce as the salmon was cooked to the right doneness and not too dry, with the creamy sauce balanced with the lemon. The carbs to the meal are the Homemade Shepherd’s Pie with Curry Chicken, a refreshing twist from the traditional shepherd’s pie, and Angel Hair Pasta with Turkey Bacon and Bell Pepper.

When you had your fill of the savouries, do not skip on the Double Boiled Peach Gum with Sea Coconut and White Fungus and especially the Lychee Rose Mini Whole Cake, which contains a light sponge with lychee bits and popping lychee boba at the top. Each order of the Parents’ Day menu also comes with a complimentary bloom box or chocolate cookies.
