No I did not misspell it, this is how it’s spelt on the menu 😂 Having tried both this (express outlet) and the jjm at their Tanjong Pagar outlet, the clear winner goes to the one at tjpg. The noodles here are a lot softer, lacks that chewy texture. The sauce is also not as nice - the tjpg sauce has more depth of flavour and that wokhei smokiness that I really enjoyed. This was still not bad tho, it’s savoury-sweet and with soft onions and minced meat. I’m actually quite happy with the portion size (slightly smaller than the tjpg/bukit timah) bc it was filling but I didn’t feel ridics full/like bursting after the meal!
