One of the better dishes that stood out amongst the others that we had ordered here. The Maki comes adequately packed with the right proportion of fish to rice and also reasonably tight (aka no loose bits that droops while held with chopsticks). It's hard not to love when there is such a good amount of mentaiko atop the salmon, especially when both are torched for a hint of smoky flavour. We ordered ours wrapped with salmon within; the most basic option but one can also opt for unagi, prawn or even soft shell crab within at an additional cost — still satisfying anyway, and comes with an umami popping sensation as one chews the Tobiko over the top.
