(MEDIA INVITE) Usher in the Year of the Dog with Din Tai Fung's version of yusheng. Twirls of carrot, white radish, crispy yam strips, Tianjin roasted chestnuts and Norwegian smoked salmon. Drizzled with a sweet and tangy plum sauce. A surprise item is the grilled eel (extra order). There are no crackers. Instead these are replaced with crispy salmon skin, broken up into small bits. Sweet, tangy and crunchy all bursting at one go. Refreshing and so good.

This prosperity smoked salmon yusheng comes in two sizes. A standard (2 to 3 pax) and deluxe (4 to 6 pax) costs $32.80++ and $48.80++ respectively.
