Sous vide to gelatinous perfection, and roasted? To a nice crisp on the outside. Then it's topped w a sauce that's easy to love, yet very rare(I've never had anything like it before). Creamy and sweet and sour
The only complaint is the price for the size. It's not impressive enough to pay 40 for, for sure
