It’s the steamboat season! This time, I tried the well-known @coucouhotpotsg !

With over 200 outlets in China and 3 outlets in Singapore at Suntec City, Jewel Changi Airport and Katong 112, @coucouhotpotsg is a popular Taiwanese-style hotpot chain.

We tried the popular Taiwan Style Spicy (台式麻辣锅) which comes with unlimited refillable braised tofu, and Stewed Pork Tripe and Chicken Broth (胡椒猪肚锅) which was very creamy yet light. A highlight here is that you can request for additional tofu to takeaway if you ordered their Signature Taiwan Style Spicy Pot!

Overall, they serve mid-to-high-end hot pots that come with a great selection of meats such as Japanese wagyu, Iberico black pork sliced, USDA beef and seafood such as abalone, live shrimp and Boston lobster, alongside the usual hotpot ingredients. I really enjoyed the ambience and the quality of food here!
