Burrata & Parma Ham ($19)

Not yet a fan of Burrata but getting converted over time. This Burrata, Parma Ham, Rucola and Cherry Tomatoes from @italianosteriasg was an excellent starter! The saltiness from the parma, slight bitterness from the rucola, fresh sweetness from the cherry tomatoes and buttery texture of the burrata. In summary? Well balanced flavour burst😋!
