Kyoto Uji green tea bread with green tea cream and chocolate 》$3

The exterior of the brioche bun is lined with matcha crumble with creamy/liquid filling made from Uji green tea cream and chocolate inside. The lava filling was dense/intense and tasted better when heated to a slightly warm temperature else it can be eaten on its own at room temperature. The bitterness of the matcha is balanced with some sweetness from the chocolate. Pure matcha fans would love this for the natural bitterness from the matcha. I would say this is very worth the price tag considering the quality used and how dense it is.
