This was during our first try! Textures were great - both were smooth, thicC & creamy, with a kinda sticky consistency. They also don’t melt quickly. Pistachio was pretty nutty and not very sweet! Tastier than the average ones from apiary/creamier/etc. - it’s one of the better ones, comparable to venchi/dawn’s/dopa.

The burrata balsamico (actually it’s mascarpone, but it’s creamy & burrata-like so they labelled it as such) was creamy and very slightly tangy, not too heavy. The aged balsamic swirled in was rich with a mellow sweetness - we enjoyed this unique pairing!
