Glad we'd ordered this despite our initial reservations. After all, they specialise in yakitori. But these maguro (tuna) sashimi skewers were surprisingly really good with nary a hint of fishiness. I like how the thick cut gave it a lush mouthfeel, allowing its beautiful flavours to envelop the tongue gracefully.
