once in KL, I am all besotted by 玻璃叉烧. famous in shah alam, this really melts heavenly in your mouth. if i have to choose, i still go with "meng kee" at bukit bintang though. at meng kee, the char siew retains some meat fibre to bite on, giving good contrast between bites. but this is still good, no doubt about that.
