Basically soya sauce based noodle with your choice of Taiwanese style fried chicken cutlet (as pictured), soya sauce chicken, braised chicken feet, prawn dumplings or char siew/wontons. Generous portions and quality ingredients (e.g. a small whole prawn can be found in each prawn dumpling). Sauce is on the sweet side so maybe a bit jelak for some. But pork lard and good chilli makes the dish very fragrant and tasty ! The younger lady is a bit fierce if you are slow to follow the SOP, but hey we live to be abused by arrogant hawkers, right?
