For my money, Chindamani serves the best crispy prata in Singapore. The Egg Prata tastes good, but the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 is da bomb. Golden brown and paper-thin, it shattered upon contact with the cutlery. Addictively crispy, it paired well with the tangy fish curry.

The 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻, succulent and scrumptious, was the icing on the cake, and provided another type of gravy to go with the prata. Full-bodied and flavourful, I preferred the chicken curry to the fish curry for the prata.
