Overlooking the sea with yachts docked at the harbour, Quayside Isle at Sentosa looks more like the French Riviera than Singapore. You’d have to pay a premium to dine at restaurants with such a view, but the food at Miska Cafe is surprisingly reasonably-priced, made even more attractive with some Burpple Beyond deals.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗺𝘂𝘀 ($16) set the tone for the night. The puréed chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice and garlic may look unassuming, but was packed full of flavour. The pita bread, lightly toasted and still fluffy, paired with this delightful dip was simply divine.
