Probably a less-travelled part of Japan, it is a beautiful and understated place that travellers should explore!

Lucky us had the chance to try the strawberries that were air-flown from Tochigi prefecture and my, they were really plump and sweet! Using these strawberries in making pastries, the Japanese artisanal pastries from @chefyamashita taste even better! My favourites were the strawberry choux and the swiss roll - light, non-cloying and delicate!
