Penang Char Kuey Teow, the famous Uncle Lee at Siam Road.

It started pouring cats and dogs and uncle persisted to whip up plate after plate.

The best plate of CKT in Penang!

We waited an hour for this.

Uncle is 75+ and look at his dexterity and speed!

At 4pm, this was the queue at one of the most famous CKT stalls in Penang.
