totally understand the hype now, the tempura are so good and makes the wait so worthwhile! but only for the first 15 mins or so, before the jerlat and oily feel kicks in, made worse with the soggy skin.
dinner idea last night, presenting the original bowl and seasonal special of yuzu salmon and assorted mushrooms.

sadly, as we were given counter seats that gave us a full view of the kitchen, it meant we could see that the fried food were placed right next to the raw chicken.

still, so far so good, no diarrhoea yet! haha.
